Udaipur, India
November 16-18, 2006

Close your eyes. Well, forget that idea, I guess you can't read with your eyes closed...silly me. Let's try again.
Imagine this: You are silently whisped away by a colorful nimph and taken deep into a mystical dream forest. Your eyes glaze over as you lethargically float over hazy mountains and the delicious lanscapes make your palate yearn for the sweets India is known for. The lakes glisten in the warm Rajasthan sun, and your body tingles from your insatiable appetite for Indian spices. Sure, maybe the Bhang Lassi ( a.k.a Special lassi) has taken control of your senses and won the rights to expand your mind to otherwise unknown territory. Let's talk briefly about this Special Lassi. Lassi is a traditional yogurt drink found all over India. This "Special Lassi" can be found on many menus and believe me they DO NOT tell you what the secret ingredient is. Don't worry, we'll tell you...it's called Bhang. Bhang is an extremely robust herb, a derititive of the wonderful Mary Jane, Marijuana that is... This cocktail will knock you on your patooti. Some travellers have been knocked out for days, and actually robbed while they were paralyzed on their bed watching helplessly. While others report ( not us of course), a lovely euphoric high.

Udaipur is perpetually romantic, playing on it's abounding hilltops and sweet lullabays. The sunsets are most nostalgic when viewed from a sexy rooftop terrace, which are found in abundance around the city. Udaipur was wondrous...except for the moment when we woke up from a divine dream state to find our selves covered viciously with repugnant bed bug bites...once again. Bed Bugs = 58 vs. Sam and Brad =0
We are breezing through these cities and wish we had more time, but that is not the case, sooooo enjoy our speedy posts and indulge yourselves in our make shift journal entries.
Love from the Capital of Bed Bug land, -Itchy and Scratchy.
